Estate Planning and Business Transactional Attorney
Strobl PLLC seeks to hire an estate planning and business transactional attorney. Candidates should have more than 3 years of private practice experience in estate planning, business and real estate transactions or strong academic credentials and relevant work experience. Some existing portable business is preferred but emphasis will be on candidate’s ability to service Firm’s existing clients while growing his or her own business. Candidates with an LL.M. in taxation or CPA license are strongly preferred.
